NuMa Kitchen was founded by Nusrat — a biologist and cancer researcher by training, an educator by calling, and a Pakistani home cook at heart. Having lived in four different countries, Nusrat has seen first-hand how easily authentic food gets watered down to fit local palates. NuMa Kitchen exists to do the opposite.

Every dish is cooked the traditional way — whole spices ground fresh, slow-cooked techniques, and recipes passed down rather than simplified. Real Pakistani food, cooked the way it's meant to be — no shortcuts, no watered-down versions.

Based in Eindhoven's Stratum area, NuMa Kitchen offers takeaway, a weekly meal service, and catering for events across Eindhoven and the surrounding region — bringing genuine Pakistani flavour to every table it reaches.
